LOVING ARMS
When God saw you getting tired
And the cure was not to be
He wrapped his loving arms around you
And whispered come with me
You did not deserve what you went through
So he gave you rest at last
God's garden must be beautiful
For he only takes the best
You are not truly gone from us
For your love still lights the way
In every memory we cherish
And every word we pray
Though our hearts are filled with sorrow
And our tears may freely fall
We find comfort in knowing
You are at peace beyond it all
One day we'll meet again in heaven
Where pain and parting sease
Until that will hold you close
And rest your soul in peace.
