" Doreen and all of her staff at Family Memorial did a great job handling the cremation and memorial services after my daughter's passing. The team was there every step of the way when I contacted them from the hospital. They handled all the paperwork and communication with the hospital and the coroner's office, after her body was released, which was a deep breath for me because I had no idea what to do . The mortuary teams up with a flower shop, Islas flowers to create the most beautiful flower arrangements. The service they provided at the memorial was beautiful. The time came that my beloved Husband & I talked about. He went to Glory. I asked the LORD to help me this last time to serve him. His wishes were carried out with love and care; not just by me & our Children, but Doreen and her Staff walked with us , used by God even to the smallest detail of a poem he wanted. Im thankful for Family Memorial Service Mortuary. During one of our hardest times. They were so kind And patient with us. Not only did Taylor do an amazing Job. He was kind and understanding he knew exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied and happy. It was very difficult for my Daughter given it was her father we were laying to rest, but when she met Taylor he made her feel comfort, she felt peace come over her. For that I am truly grateful. The services were beautiful and the staff did an amazing job. They mad sure everything went smoothly. I thank you guys for being a great support for us during this time.

I want to thank HOLLIE at Family memorial for everything she did. She answered calls and texts at all hours of the night from multiple family members. She went out of her way to accommodate everything and everyone. Seriously the best funeral person around. I highly recommend her and will be sending anyone i know in need to her directly.

Doreen and the staff at the funeral home were extremely helpful every step of the way. Doreen was amazing and went over and above to make sure our family was happy. She made sure my Aunt was taken care of well and every detail that we asked for was done. They also printed the programs and they came out great! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Doreen and her staff went above and beyond to help me make sure my husband funeral service was perfect. Customer service SUPERB! Honestly they did more than I expected. Horse and carriage ride all the way to the cemetery and all. OMG and to top it all off my husband looked soooo good whoever did his makeup did a really great job. Thank you Family Memorial Services from the bottom of my heart.

The whole process is overwhelming. Hollie made it super simple, easy and so very helpful. Everything was explained up front, they dealt with the insurance company directly. I am truly so very grateful. I will recommend everyone here.

I unfortunately had lost both my father and brother, the last remaining family members of my nuclear family and it had been the worst event of my life. But DOREEN and FMS Mortuary had completely exceeded our expectations and took the utmost care of me, from the moment of Inquiry to the end of services, and even followed up to make sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond the call of duty In making sure that everything down to the finest detail was met, and Doreen kept emphasizing, “don’t worry about anything, we will take care of all of that for you, you just need to show up,” and it was like removing the weight of the world from our shoulders. Doreen found a venue that was perfect and was able to accomplish our extraordinary requests, the food was stellar, and all accommodations were remarkably done. Any time I had a question, or something that made me anxious or concerned, at the drop of a hat, Doreen and FMS mortuary had an answer, solution, and made sure I was taken care of. I would never wish this loss on anyone, but this event turned out to be the most beautiful event I’ve ever been to of it’s kind because of them, and I highly recommend them!

I would just like to thank the staff for everything they did for me and my family, even though we had to do serves outside due to COVID 19 they allowed us to do it in the early evening when it wasn't so hot. I want to Thank Doreen for all her help. She went the extra mile for me and my family. I had my mom's memorial services in Long Beach and she drove to Long Beach really early at 8am to give me my mothers ashes. I really felt she was an Angel that God sent me. She's the best.

FAMILY MEMORIAL SERVICES MORTUARY was referred to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. Marc and Doreen are so amazing and extremely compassionate. I didn't have to stress or worry about anything. They picked my mom up from the airport and delivered her to the cemetery as requested. All our questions were answered and they made my sister and I very comfortable every step of the way. I would definitely refer my family and friends to them.

Doreen was great throughout the entire process. Having to bury both parents is tough but Doreen made the process smooth and allowed me to focus on my family and our grief. She took care of everything at a reasonable price. also she created a great obituary both time.

I want to thank FMS and staff, Doreen, Fred for the services that were provided to us. We were not just people they treated us as family. The moment we walked through the door was amazing. They answered all my questions, even when I left and kept contacting Doreen she would always be there without hesitation. The services wer amazing and they went way beyond what I could imagine.
